While most of our residential work is in custom home design and construction, Trade Design Build is innovating with our “TRADE” line of pre-designed cabins, cottages, and homes. We’re providing contemporary design options for clients looking for a more streamlined process.

These designs prioritize sustainability and include all-electric systems, for net zero energy use in combination with solar panels. We’ve also focused on low-carbon, natural products including eastern white cedar siding, hemp or wood fiber insulation, and wood flooring throughout.
